You're Going to Want Marvel Cosmic Invasion's Physical PS5 Release 1

Marvel Cosmic Invasion looks like a belting beat-‘em-up, and you’ll be playing it as soon as next month.

But if you have a bit of patience, you may want to hold out for its physical release, which is coming to PS5 on 13th March, 2026.

The retail package will be available in two guises: Standard Edition ($39.99) and Deluxe Edition ($59.99).

The latter, as you’d expect, comes with a bunch of perks – although we’re a little disappointed there’s no mini comic book included, like with the Marvel vs Capcom Fighting Collection’s physical edition.

The goodies you do get with the Deluxe Edition include:

  • The game
  • A Steelbook
  • A set of 15 art cards
  • A sticker sheet
  • A poster
  • A collectible box

Pre-orders for both physical editions are available at most retailers now, so you can lodge your order whenever you’re ready.

Will you be getting this game physically, or sticking with the digital edition? Are you considering double dipping to play as soon as possible? Let us know below.
