Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority on Monday convened a pre-bid meeting for the upcoming e-auction of Neopolis Phase 3, including a prime parcel on Golden Mile Road, Kokapet, at T-Hub. Over 100 participants, including reputed national and regional developers, builders, and real estate businessmen, attended the meeting.
HMDA Metropolitan Commissioner Sarfaraz Ahmad highlighted Hyderabad’s distinctive advantages as a fast-growing cosmopolitan city with stable external conditions and robust infrastructure in his address.
MSTC Ltd Zonal Manager Jamil Akhtar explained the registration process, portal functionalities, and nuances of bidding in a transparent online auction format for the ensuing pre-bidding.
HMDA will conduct the e-auction of six plots in the Kokapet Neopolis layout on November 24, 28, and December 3 between 11 am and 2 pm. One plot in the Kokapet Golden Mile Layout will be auctioned on December 5 between 11 am and 2 pm, according to an official release.
