Hi I’m John Watson with Accrue Marketing.

The first leg of your small business improvement journey is The Design Stage.

The Design Stage focuses on three issues: defining your small business, committing to it and mapping your advertising fundamentals.

Defining Your Business is the place you:

  • make clear what you do,
  • outline whom you serve,
  • determine the issues you resolve,
  • decide the way you’ll become profitable, and
  • why anybody would select you over your rivals.

The second space of focus is Cultivating Commitment.
It’s the place we work to deal with your causes for not committing to your small business.
We use planning and forecasting fashions, to take away your obstacles to dedication.

The third space of focus is Mapping The Fundamentals of your Marketing Program. It’s a basis laying train.

Your advertising basis consists of issues like:

  • Your model and identification,
  • Defining goal shoppers,
  • Developing your story,
  • Defining lead gives, and
  • Crafting gross sales messaging

Once you’re clear, dedicated and have your basis prepared, it’s time to shift to the Build Stage. The Build Stage is the place you arrange your gross sales and advertising infrastructure. We prefer to name it your relationship meeting line.
