How to escape the prison cell
Upon waking up in the cell, you will find yourself with wounds that you have to heal; however, you won’t have the option to remove the Fake Death Pill and Transmitter without the use of your knife. Like any good prison, the guards have provided you with a fork that you’ll need to pick up to remove these devices from your wounds. Once you do, you must use the Fake Death Pill when the guard is near your cell, prompting him to open up the locked door, giving you a chance to escape.
While The Boss did give you a weapon before she left, it doesn’t have any bullets with it, so you have no fast way to take anyone down. The best thing you can do while you don’t have access to your equipment is to avoid alerting guards by sneaking around. If you do run into a soldier while trying to get into the sewers, you can roll into enemies to knock them down, then perform a melee combo to temporarily stun them.
How to get to the sewers

Once you leave the prison, take a left and walk beyond the truck to find a hole in the wall that you can crawl through. This will take you to Groznyj Grad Southwest; from here, walk straight until you reach the wall, sneaking past the guards in the process. As you approach the wall, turn to the right, then go through the red door.
Now that you’ve arrived at Groznyj Grad Northwest, be careful to avoid the searchlight on the right side in addition to the soldiers patrolling near the tanks on the left. Make your way past the bridge and keep to the right side of the wall, then go through the open door and crawl under the pipes to reach the sewers. Once you’ve arrived, it won’t take long before you find Eva at the waterfall, along with all of your equipment.
